#Cookstown #SouthSimcoePolice - On Friday, November 8th at 1:26 a.m., officers were called to a single vehicle collision on Simcoe County Road 27 near the Cookstown Public school. Police discovered a Dodge mini van had entered the west ditch, rolled and partially ejected the driver. A 23 year old man was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. South Simcoe Police are appealing for witnesses. Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or stopped to assist the driver is asked to contact the investigating officer, Constable Morgan Russell at (705) 436-2141 extension 1448.
