**Courtesy Post** Two senior yellow labs needing new home/s. Riley is a papered male around 14 years old. Neutered, UTD on shots, good with cats, kids, and dogs and lives indoors. Riley being the old man he is, is deaf, has cataracts, arthritis and has occasional incontinence issues with pooping. But he is a very sweet big love bug and loves to lounge on the couch. Roxy is a non papered female around 11-12 years old and is in overall great condition health wise. She is spayed, lives indoors, UTD on shots, good with cats and kids, but doesnt really enjoy the company of other dogs besides her BFF Riley. She also gets separation anxiety when away from Riley so we are hoping to find them a home together. If they have to go separate thats fine but ideally together would be best. Its going to be hard enough for them as it is leaving their family they have had since being puppies. They both are sweet dogs with kind old souls, even with the arthritis they still go for walks (good on leash) and the Vet actually encouraged it! My cousin is very sad and upset she is being faced with this awful decision but is out of options. She has to be out of her current home on 2/6/14 and without a home they will sadly be taken to the shelter. Please refrain from any negative comments this is hard enough on her as it is to have to give them up. There are a lot of personal circumstances that have lead to this happening that I dont feel is necessary to discuss. She has had these dogs since they were tiny puppies and is devastated to think of them no longer being with her and her boys. There will not be a rehoming fee or a fee of any kind but we will certainly do a home check and make sure they go to the best possible home to live out their final days in a warm safe loving home! If possible she would love whoever takes them to allow her and her sons to visit them and she would also be willing to help out what she can financially if needed. Please share this post to help us find them a home! They are located in Brentwood, CA contact Rachelle LeMoine 925-584-2305
