#DTUnchained DFC PrepWork (Training session 4 of 11 this week) WHATS GOOD BEYOND GOOOOOD!!!??? Im on ONE, so please dont mind my behavior right now due to all the delicious Mexican Food I ate last night! WORK!!! I call this program #ThatsYoAssMisterPostMan because this is that #SAVAGEWORK THAT WILL GET YOUR ASS RIGHT, keep your GAME TIGHT! This is a 5x5 rep scheme of Deadlifts superset with 5x10 sets of Deadlifts to build up your anaerobic and aerobic thresholds! Make sure your 10 set rep maximum begins at 70% of what your starting weight of your 5 rep maximum is. So my first set began at 405x5 and 285x10 which equals 70% threshold. My remaining sets look like this 485/355 at 73%, 495/370 at 75%, 505/385 76%, 525/405 at 77% (video demonstration). I took 3 minutes rest between all sets, (we are all different, some people might need less time or more time to recover energy systems) This is important, because when you train to optimize energy systems, the progression has a HUGE PAY OFF OF towards your overall functionality and progression of consistent training in your lifetime! Keep in mind that this method dont have to be used with #deadlifts! Hope everybody is PUSHING SMARTER AND HARDER TODAY!
