#DTUnchained Dubai Fitness Championships Prep Work. I call this workout Peanut Butter and Honey on some 89 cent bread. This is my 8th set worked up to 50 #doubleunders (Slice of Bread), 495 lb #Deadlift X 5 reps (Peanut Butter and Honey) and 50 more doubleunders (last slice of bread) to adapt to this Situational Training Program with 1 minute rest between each set. This is a MONSTER, but my goal right now in training is to develop endurance strength mixed with a high level of conditioning while keeping my training RAW PERIOD! This workout made 495 lbs feel like 700 lbs (my 1rm) and Im a firm believer in training in an adverse situation to create greater adaption towards functional progression once your body is structured. My music selection as well, has gone to instrumental because I dont want to listen to what any rappers got to say, until I pull 2Pac and E-40 right before competition to create an adaption if two greatest rappers of all time to REMAIN HUNGRY FOR THIS COMP! IF you WORK HARD and SMART, with no limitations in your heart, mind, and spirit, YOUR ASS WILL GET IN SHAPE and I need not say anymore!
