[DVRT Rotational Burpees] Heres a little finisher for you guys to try. Tag this baby gem onto the end of your workout. Its a burner! Set timer for 4 mins - overhead rotational clean (left) - front squat - overhead rotational clean (right) - burpee pushup - cross mountain climber (each side slowly) - lateral bag drags (each side slowly) - pushup - jump back to start and repeat. Do as many of these with good form for the designated time. Have fun guys!
