It is a part of life, just as birth and we all know this to be the truth but, it certainly doesnt make it any easier….And because of its content (and although it is so normal, so complete), it is ignored until the inevitable meets us head on - Even then, most do not want to discuss it. Loss is hard, sad, and yet…. so very valuable because out of the fire the phoenix rises from the ashes and the cycle will forever be. But when something we love is taken away, every inch of our being can feel it - (We are very much alive in their death), so we owe a lot of sensitivity to the bitter end. I dont know what the right words are.. perhaps it is just a lesson in making peace with life (and death) but, this AM a very wonderful Lady left this world and I am sad.. I know I am far from alone, but it feels a bit lonely. Endings are beginnings. The heart is heavy; life indeed goes on
