DeeDee Blase: Recording in case you missed the immigration speech that was live on CNN. Obama reminds Republican controlled House of Representatives that the Democrat controlled Senate passed immigration reform OVER ONE YEAR ago. Obama said he would use his executive powers to fix as much as the broken system as possible because the Tea Party Congress fails to do their job. Obama prefers PERMANENT solutions with regard to House of Reps who are obstructing CIR, but will do what he can within his legal powers (since GOP is threatening lawsuit and beginning with the #Impeachment buzz). This July 4th, Obama will honor green card soldiers who are willing to risk their lives before even becomin a United States citizen.
