"Desire without knowledge is not good and whoever makes haste with his feet misses his way."(Prov. 19) So to obtain knowledge "When the Law of The Lord is in my heart, my steps do not slip." (Psalm 37) and we need Him to "Establish my steps and teach me how to delight in your way." (Psalm 37) because when we do this we will be "Pursuing righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, and gentleness." (1 Timothy 6)
