Did an extremely liberal College professor in Chicano History collaborate with two known associates, one an elected Anaheim Union High School Trustee, the other an appointed Anaheim Union High School Trustee, to systematically discourage Latino political participation in the next Anaheim election? It is simple to understand, voter participation has been well documented to increase as more candidates run for elective office. The two Anaheim Union High School Trustees, both non-Latinos, apparently called directly or communicated through the friends of two prospective Latino candidates, urging them to reconsider running for elected political office. How many other potential Latino candidates were discouraged from participating politically? It is Shameful Elitist Thinking! Moreover, it appears that the liberal College Professor Jose F. Moreno is seemingly trying to convey to Anaheim voters that he is a licensed and trained Medical Doctor instead of listing his occupation shown at his college job, a Professor of Chicano History.
