“Do Not Judge a Book by Its Cover” No Position or Status has it coming easy; as the saying goes “With Great Power, comes Great Responsibility”. Therefore, it is most certainly unfair for one to go on pointing fingers, blaming and accusing anyone for anything that happens. Until and unless you are certain that the said person, DID NOT do what he/she is supposed to, then, perhaps you can voice out your opinions and suggestions, not accuses. If you feel that you can fit the shoes and perform much better, by all means, come forward and lend a helping hand, we could do with the help. Instead of sitting back and watching, but when the results are not satisfactory, make noise, my dear friends, you are barking up the wrong tree. Up to the time you are dealing with the situation yourself, I regret to note that, you have got no rights, I dare say, to condemn, criticize, accuse and or blame anyone for the work they do; because, you never know the process, procedure or issues they have to go through in dealing with a certain situation.
