** Do Your Motives Matter? ** By nature, people want to follow. Most people are not leaders; they are searching for a leader. But by nature, people arent inclined to follow. People are skeptical, and have to be inspired before they will lay down their individual agendas. They have to believe in the person they are being asked to emulate. Think about it!
