** Do Your Motives Matter? ** By nature, people want to follow. Most people are not leaders; they are searching for a leader. But by nature, people arent inclined to follow. People are skeptical, and have to be inspired before they will lay down their individual agendas. They have to believe in the person they are being asked to emulate. Think about it! You won’t use them and throw them away. You won’t mislead them or deceive them. What you promise will be found true. To be a leader, you must demonstrate qualities of integrity that can cause people to believe and cause them to trust in your motives.
