“Do not train a child to learn by force or harshness; but direct them to it by what amuses their minds, so that you may be better able to discover with accuracy the peculiar bent of the genius of each.” ― Plato Absolutely astonishing words from one of our first philosophers. How could he have nailed this so precisely almost 24 centuries later? Words can discourage many children from following their passion and can encourage many to go down paths they never would have traveled if someone would have just simply said, "YOU CAN!"
