Within six months to one year after restructuring we will fix leakages and we target to reduce NRW from 34% to 20%, and to 10%. The best will be 5%. This will solve lot of issues,” It addresses the issue of putting clean water into homes as well as money into the state coffers. One therefore needs to resolve the water restructuring at the front and the back end too. Isnt this what Khalid Ibrahim is trying to achieve DESPITE the nonsensical diatribes emanating from his comrade(s)-in-arms?
