*Doing a shout-out again I am seeking to hire an Outreach Officer for an upcoming relational art project that has an outcome of creating 3 animations from the old photographs contributed by people living in Singapore. Samantha, Netty and I are looking forward to welcome into our team someone with good communication skills and an energetic team-player. Jobscope: 1) Volunteer Recruitment & Management • Conducts recruitment exercise for volunteers to participate in the photo-collection drive • Manages the schedules of the volunteers and ensure that all the roles of the photo-collection drive are filled • Maintains the welfare of all volunteers through volunteer appreciation activities • Responsible for volunteer training, works closely with all volunteers to ensure they understand their roles and are able to execute them 2) Schools outreach • Contacts school teachers and facilitate the involvement of the students in the volunteer program • Assist Artists in outreach program during school assembly period • Manages the scheduling of student volunteers • Responsible for communicating the duties of the student volunteers 3) Securing sponsorships & collaborations • Identify possible collaborations and sponsorships • Develop sponsorship pitch & contact sponsors • Ensure the delivering of sponsorship materials/ collaboration efforts • Ensure the delivering of the incentives for the sponsors • Maintain a good relationship with sponsors and conduct follow ups (ie, invitation to special events hosted by the project, making them feel really special) Full time commitment: 4 months (April to July) To apply or to find out more details, please submit the following to samantha.tio@gmail 1) Full name 2) Contact number 3) CV/ Portfolio 4) Expected Salary Thank you!
