( Double joining in same office on one transfer) Issuance of transfer order by transferring authority is an administrative requirement and implementation of it is a respect to the transferring authority by Relieving officer. The order, in case not implemented within a time bound period by Relieving officer,then it amounts a disciplinary action against Relieving officer who responsible as an erring because any office work cannot cease due to any particular person, if transferred .The work remains in continuation, people come and go.An example of an incidence occurred in the case of undersigned: Undersigned – received a copy directly of the transfer order by post regarding standing relieved with immediate effect & getting salary from the next place of posting for running month vide order No. 2/7/2012-S-IV(B)/565 Dated 6.11.2012. R & I section of ADG (NZ)- handed over me the copy of transfer order received by post in my name in his office. Undersigned- Copy of the order received copy on dated 12.11.2013 by post & reported for duty along with copy of order to ADG (R&D) without getting relieved. ADG(R&D)- Accepted joining on dated 13.11.2012. DDG(NZ)- Rang me on phone on 18.11.2012 and said that I was absent from duty since 13.11.2012. Undersigned- No, I am not absent , I am performing my duty sincerely. DDG(NZ)- You not met me ? Undersigned-I am in Research. DDG(NZ)-How ? Undersigned – transferred to Research DDG(R&D)- But you have not relieved Undersigned- DG AIR relieved me and no need to get relieving . DDG- You have to deposit imprest Rs 10,000/= Undersigned- What to do ? DDG- First you get relieve from my office Undersigned- reached to old office . DDG- relieved on me 19.11.2012. Undersigned – Rejoined on 20.11.2012.
