*Dreadmill* I decided to go to the hotel gym to get my run in since it was dark by 5pm and well, Im afraid of the dark... As Im walking there a man comes out of his room no more than two doors ahead of me dressed in gym shorts. Knowing that there is only one good treadmill I start to speed walk yet sadly not being able pass the man that resembles Mr. Monopoly. Still hoping he was coming to get his lift on i was let down as he passed go and sent me straight to jail the Dreadmill He acted like he didnt even see me like I was a ghost of Hotel Ramada. As I step upon the dreadmill I cant imagine this guy works as it looks like its ran by hamsters from the early 90s. I hit begin and almost fell as the tread began to move. I quickly start cranking up the speed one tenth at a time till I get to 6.5mph. Besides the loud cracking squeal it made with every other step it was running smooth. Mr. Monopoly turns my way as hes enjoying his daily walk and glances like hes saying can you stop making that noise that sounds like forks across a plate. It seemed though that I rolled doubles to get out of jail free as I cruised a mile while listening to how limousines work on my podcast. By the time I hit 1.75 miles I was cruising at 7.5mph and was ready to make my companion eat my dust. As I increased each tenth at a time 7.6,7.7,7.8,7.9,.......I almost yell out a scream of joy as I was feeling great until.... 8.0.....the machine shuts down completely stopping the belt flying me forward into this awkward position I once tried in yoga only this time I was half on and half off of a treadmill.... Mr. Monopoly could only muster one word as he saw me look like Bambi trying to jump on a trampoline. Dang -Mr. Monopoly Hotel-2 Me-0
