*EU provides Timor-Leste with US $ 4 million *Televizaun Timor-Leste, April 8, 2014 language source: Tetun Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Jose Luis Guterres and representative of European Union (EU) officially signed an agreement in Brussels to provide Timor-Leste with US $ 4 million. After signing the agreement, the EU representative said the agreement was important to be used for supporting Timor-Lestes human resources in public administrations. Minister Guterres said the agreement would help facilitate capacity building for the countrys public civil servants in the public administrations. This agreement is very helpful as it help improve skills of the countrys public civil servants to better improve public administrations in the country, he said.
