***EXCLUSIVE NEWS FLASH!*** SECOND BIG EASY DELI COMING....TO THE EDGEWATER! Another SCOOP from the BUZZ.... Just learned from an employee friend at the EDGEWATER Hotel that, in its latest effort to expand and improve its dining options, the COFFEE ETC. space next to the hotels pool area is about to be remodeled....and transformed into a SECOND BIG EASY DELI (the first one is currently under construction in the COLORADO BELLE Hotel and scheduled to open next month). Of course, this second Big Easy venue will not be as large as the one coming soon to the CO Belle, but it will have a seating area. Whether seating will be only outside in the pool area or if part of the current indoor space and storage area will also have a few tables is something that my source doesnt know at this time! A hot dog cart kind of feel, with lots of old-looking red brick, is going to be the theme of the delis, I am told. This makes sense in light of the fact that the propertys chief food and beverage manager is FROM The Big Easy, New Orleans, himself! My source tells me that the new outlet in the Edgewater should be open sometime in March!
