~~Each time the Federal Government has conducted emergency drills with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), actual real-time disasters have occurred (Sandy Hook, Boston Marathon, Navy Yard Massacre, Capitol Shooting, etc). The Governor of the State of Washington has issued this urgent proclamation for those living in his state. Should we be concerned? At the very least, we should remain informed and alert when facing an earthquake and tsunami drill on the west coast of the United States of America. And it is always prudent to be prepared. AT THE SAME TIME, A "COASTAL TSUNAMI SIREN TEST" WILL BE CONDUCTED ON OCTOBER 17TH 2013 AT 10:17AM.
