( End Times 101) Matthew 24:12 and because iniquity shall be multiplied, the love of many shall wax cold. The love of many in the Greek means Love of the brotherhood gives way to mutual hatred and suspicion. While the phrase Shall wax cold means to breath cool by blowing, to grow cold, spiritual energy blighted or chilled by a malign or poisonous wind This is because iniquity is abounding which in the Greek literally means Shall be multiplied. It is also interesting to note that for love the word Agape is specifically used by Jesus. He is not talking about an infiltration in the word because the world does not possess the love of God. He is talking about this happening among the saints. Friends if this has been your diagnosis lately the problem is with your love walk. It might also be a sin problem. However the result is not positive. Dont let sin or someone does to you cause your love for people to wax cold. Meditate on Matthew 24:12 and examine if this is happening to you?
