My eyes glow dimly in the dark, casting a faint, fiery light over the sleeping foals. Mira stirs, raising her head. Her sightless eyes open only halfway and she mewls sleepily. I chuckle almost silently and whisper* You could sense me, couldnt you? *Miras ears flick. I smirk and pick her up, careful not to disturb her brother* Youre the intelligent one out of this bunch... We could use you. *she looks up at me, feathers and fur ruffled nervously.
