Every day I carry my children go to school, sweep the room and cook meals. To be honestly, As I fulfill the everyday’s routine, I all the time lie on the sofa to watch television. Occasionally I would like to have a transform. I know that I must do more movement and read more books to live a fine mode of life. But I am too indolent to take the first step. I always have excuses, for example, I feel like to take a Yoga course and my friends recommended me a few clubs but I refused them all. “The teacher seems not good. It’s very far away from my home. The time plan isn’t suit to me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t wish to get away the cozy house to participate in Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
