Every day I carry my children go to school, sweep the room and cook dinner. Frankly, when I complete the everyday’s job, I invariably lie in the sofa to watch television. Whiles I want to have a change. I know that I need to do more exercise and read more books to petseek a wholesome mode of life. But I am too slothful to pile out the first step. I always have excuses, for example, I would like to join in a Yoga class and my companions suggested me a few clubs but I declined them all. “The teacher seems not fine. It’s very far away from my home. The time plan isn’t suit to me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t like to get away the comfy house to attend Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
