Every day I carry my kids go to school, clean the house and cook meals. In fact, when I accomplish the everyday’s job, I often lie on the sofa to watch TV. Whiles I like to have a transform. I know that I should do more movement and read more books to pursue a wholesome mode of life. But I am too idle to walk out the first step. It’s very far away from my house. The time progamme isn’t suit to me” and so on.
