Every day I carry my kids go to school, clean the house and cook meals. Frankly, As I complete the everyday’s work, I often lie on the sofa to watch television. Occasionally I wish to have a alter. I know that I should do more exercise and read more books to seek after a wholesome mode of life. But I am too lazy to walk out the first step. I for ever have excuses, for instance, I feel like to attend a Yoga lesson and my companies adviced me several clubs but I declined them all. “The teacher looks not fine. It’s very far away from my house. The time progamme isn’t suit to me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t wish to departure the comfy room to take part in Yoga class, I can learn it at home. I think the suggestion is very good, so I look out a project online.
