Every day I carry my kids go to school, clean up the room and cook the meal. To be honestly, As I complete the everyday’s work, I all the time lie on the sofa to watch TV. Sometimes I want to have a transform. I know that I need to do more exercise and read more books to seek after a fine mode of life. But I am too indolent to pile out the first step. I all the time have excuses, for instance, I like to join a Yoga curriculum and my companies recommended me a number of clubs but I declined them all. “The teacher seems not good. It’s very far away from my home. The time project isn’t fit for me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t want to get away the cozy room to take Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
