Every day I carry my kids go to school, sweep the room and cook dinner. Frankly, As I fulfill the everyday’s work, I all the time lie in the sofa to watch TV. Sometimes I want to have a transform. I know that I should do more exercise and read more books to seek after a well life style. But I am too slothful to take the first step. I always have excuses, for example, I feel like to attend a Yoga curriculum and my friends adviced me a number of clubs but I repulsed them all. “The teacher appears not good. It’s very far away from my home. The time project isn’t fit for me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t like to leave the cozy room to join Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
