Every day I deliver my kids go to school, clean up the room and cook meals. Frankly, As I fulfill the everyday’s routine, I often lie in the sofa to watch television. Occasionally I like to have a transform. I know that I need to do more exercise and read more books to seek after a robust life style. But I am too idle to pile out the first step. I always have excuses, for instance, I want to take part in a Yoga lesson and my companies suggested me a few clubs but I declined them all. “The teacher looks not good. It’s very far away from my home. The time project isn’t suit to me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t wish to departure the comfy house to take part in Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
