Every day I deliver my kids go to school, sweep the house and cook the meal. Honestly, As I fulfill the everyday’s routine, I for ever lie in the sofa to watch television. Occasionally I like to have a alter. I know that I need to do more sports and read more books to pursue a fine life style. But I am too idle to walk out the first step. I for ever have excuses, for instance, I would like to take part in a Yoga course and my friends introduced me a few clubs but I declined them all. “The teacher seems not good. It’s very far away from my home. The time project isn’t suit to me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t wish to get away the cozy room to join Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
