Every day I send my children go to school, tidy the house and cook dinner. To be honestly, As I fulfill the everyday’s work, I often lie on the sofa to watch television. Occasionally I wish to have a transform. I know that I should do more sports and read more books to live a robust mode of life. But I am too indolent to walk out the first step. I always have excuses, for instance, I want to take part in a Yoga course and my companies adviced me a number of clubs but I repulsed them all. “The teacher appears not fine. It’s very far away from my home. The time schedule isn’t fit for me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t like to leave the comfy house to participate in Yoga class, I can learn it at home. I think the advice is quite nice, so I locate a project online.
