Every day I send my children go to school, tidy the room and cook meals. Frankly, As I complete the everyday’s job, I often lie on the sofa to watch TV. Whiles I intend to have a change. I know that I should do more exercise and read more books to seek after a well mode of life. But I am too lazy to take the first step. I for ever have excuses, for instance, I wish to participate in a Yoga course and my companies introduced me a few clubs but I refused them all. “The teacher looks not good. It’s very far away from my house. The time schedule isn’t suit to me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t like to leave the comfortable room to join Yoga class, I can learn it at home. I think the advice is awfully nice, so I find out a program online.
