Every day I send my kids go to school, clean the room and cook the meal. Frankly, when I complete the everyday’s routine, I invariably lie on the sofa to watch television. Sometimes I like to have a transform. I know that I need to do more movement and read more books to petseek a well life style. But I am too sluggish to take the first step. I always have excuses, for instance, I like to take part in a Yoga curriculum and my friends suggested me a few clubs but I repulsed them all. “The teacher looks not fine. It’s very far away from my house. The time schedule isn’t fit for me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t wish to leave the comfy house to take Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
