Every day I send my kids go to school, clean up the house and cook dinner. Honestly, As I finish the everyday’s job, I invariably lie on the sofa to watch TV. Sometimes I intend to have a transform. I know that I need to do more movement and read more books to seek for a well mode of life. But I am too slothful to walk out the first step. I for ever have excuses, for instance, I feel like to take part in a Yoga curriculum and my friends introduced me some clubs but I declined them all. “The teacher seems not good. It’s very far away from my home. The time progamme isn’t fit for me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t wish to get away the cozy house to participate in Yoga class, I can learn it at home. I feel the proposal is quite fine, so I find out a project online.
