Every day I send my kids go to school, sweep the room and cook dinner. In fact, As I fulfill the everyday’s routine, I invariably lie on the sofa to watch TV. Occasionally I want to have a transform. I know that I must do more sports and read more books to pursue a healthy life style. But I am too idle to pile out the first step. I for ever have excuses, for example, I would like to attend a Yoga curriculum and my friends recommended me some clubs but I refused them all. “The teacher seems not fine. It’s very far away from my house. The time plan isn’t fit for me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t wish to get away the comfortable room to join Yoga class, I can learn it at home. I think the advice is very nice, so I look out a project online.
