***Exclusive Offer*** Happy Monday! Do you have a goal this week, or this month? Ore CrossFit will help you achieve your fitness goals. The first step will be extending the scope of your goals across a much longer and realistic time period. Your fitness will firstly need to be benchmarked across a broad range of fitness components. At least these are the first steps when you start at Ore CrossFit, then we will tailor your goals depending on your personal circumstances, injury / medical past, or indeed sport specific requirements. Your goals need to be long term, and they need to be compatible with your lifestyle, things like your working patterns, family life, nutrition etc etc.....its only when you start considering these broad aspects of your lifestyle that you actually start to understand the changes you might need to make to achieve your Long Term goals. We have helped all of our members with this process. Also the goal itself is important. This is obviously a very personal thing, but with the support of the Ore Community we hope youll be ambitious when goal setting. For example, wanting to be happy, and feel better and move more effectively might be a more positive goal than trying to loose half a stone. The first goal may well deliver the second, but in a more healthy and constructive way. We are please to announce a package which can be given to someone you care for as a Christmas present. It might be the best present they get, ever. On December 27th / 28th / 29th / 30th / Jan 1st we will be conducting inductions at 10am every morning for beginners to join Ore CrossFit. This package price will include 2 x Inductions classes [you may only require one, but you can come to two if unsure on anything], a Months membership to take part in classes 7 days a week, and a one to one Olympic Lifting coaching class. This package is valued at £90, but we will release 15 of these at £49. Once theyre gone they are gone.
