🐾🐾FAST FREDDIE IS COMING HOME!🐾🐾 SWEDISH star Freddie Lindgren is on his way back to Wolverhampton – after ending a year in British Speedway exile. The news was revealed at the club’s winter talk-in where fans were delighted with the news which will see ‘Fast Freddie’ make a welcome return after sitting out last season. But after missing out on qualification for next year’s Grand Prix series, Lindgren now has more time in his schedule and is relishing the prospect of a return to the Parrys International Wolves. He arrives on an 8.94 average looking to lead Wolves into title contention as they aim to bounce back from a disappointing 2014. Said Lindgren: “I’m looking forward to being back, and I can’t wait to get started again now. “I had the idea of coming back to the Elite League a while ago, and when I decided I wanted to be riding in the UK again the ideal situation was to come back to Wolverhampton. “That was always my first choice – it’s where I’ve been all my career and it’s a club that is really close to my heart. “I know everyone there, I have a good relationship with the management and I know the track well, so I’m delighted the opportunity came up to come back. “I’m looking forward to pulling on Wolves colours again and it’s going to be great to be back riding at Monmore Green.” Fans are reminded this Saturday, November 29, the club office will be open at Monmore for a season ticket sales day between 9.30-1.30 - these events always prove popular with season tickets a good Christmas present.
