~FGCF Meet & Greet ~ Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name…and that place is First Generation CrossFit! Check in each day to meet one of our AwEsOmE Clients then greet them with a LIKE and some encouraging words :) Meet Marty W. ~ We know a picture is worth a thousand words but when we see Marty we can only think of one...FUN! Even if the WOD SUCKS, when Marty is there you know youre going to have a good time. Hes just one of those guys that make you feel good even when youre feeling bad. Although youre drawn to him because of his wise-cracking ways, hes all business when it comes to CrossFit. He tries a lot harder than you think the class clown would! Hes a strong competitor and can be very serious when it comes to performing each workout. Whether hes Rxing a WOD, playing in a Friday night volleyball game, competing in a Paleo Challenge, or cheering on a fellow teammate, Marty is someone who pushes you to work harder all while making you laugh and making your day!
