**FINAL DETAILS** Dear Guests, We hope you’re all excited for the big night this Friday, October 17 at the Westin Sydney! The Hotel is located at No. 1 Martin Place, and entrance to the venue is via Pitt Street. The Ball will be held downstairs on the bottom floor. Take the escalators down when you walk into the Hotel. Pre-drinks will commence at 7pm in the foyer and the doors to the Grand Ballroom will open at 7.20pm for the official Ball. Please dont be late as food will begin to be served straight away (3 course meal and unlimited drinks package). Remember to drink safely and responsibly. You do not need to print out or bring a ticket as your name will be on a guest list. This has been sent off to the Westin and no further changes are to be accepted. The dress code for the evening is black tie attire with a hint of ‘masquerade’. Put on your best clothes and most impressive masks as winner of the best dressed will win an ASOS voucher! More information to come!! Look out for our wonderful photographers Nick&Nick who will be taking portrait shots in the foyer, and photos throughout the night. Final year students, make sure to listen out for the announcement about the fifth year photo. The ball will conclude at midnight and the official after party will be held at the Ivy on George Street, which is across the street from Wynyard Station and just down the road. To get there from the Westin, turn left onto Martin Place, and then right onto George Street (2 min walk).
