The very words of Flips former master when he relinquished him into our care because of housing issues. Flip comes with golden recommendations. We are told that: he lived with the same family since tender puppyhood, shared happily his seven years with children of all ages, was welcoming to strangers, played with other dogs and was across the board, a well behaved, loving, active and playful pet. He surely has been well cared for. He is handsome, well nourished , healthy looking and wears a well groomed strawberry blond coat. His eyes are looking right into mine(and the one of the camera). He knows his place among us, humans and behaves as a very well balanced dog even that is is living an ordeal he did not see coming.Flip knows his name and comes when called. He loves treats and will sit for them, taking them very politely from my hand. He is of course house trained, marking only slightly his new territory and walks beautifully by my side, meeting other dogs, big and small in a very civil manner. Flip is definitively a dog I can take out at the end of my day at the care center and go for a long walk with. A breeze and a good time guaranteed. Flip is a big and middle age gentleman who was and will make a wonderful companion to a single person, a couple or a family as he has all the qualities that makes him a GOOD house dog, a pooch used to listen, to play, love, be loved and share all the ups and downs of our human life. Flip is wise and experienced in making an owner happy to have him by his or her size. Just believe me, come and see for yourself and take home Flip to be your forever best friend.
