*FOX Friends and Families* Good evening! On behalf of our company commander, Cpt Parker, 1Sgt Matthews, the Drill Sergeants, Cadre and Fox volunteers (Gloria, Samantha, Ivette and I..Jenn), welcome to the Fox Family! Your loved ones arrived safely from 120th this afternoon. They got busy right away! I will have more info (and lots of pictures!!) for you as soon as I get approval. During your loved ones time here at Fort Jackson, I will be here (along with Samantha, Gloria and Ivette) to answer any questions you have, provide you with weekly updates and to post pictures for any training events we are invited to. Please be sure to read the Notes section and all the posts from our Battalion commander, Lieutenant Colonel Trahan. These notes and posts have very important information regarding holiday leave. Please read that note as soon as possible, especially if your soldier in training will be returning home for the holidays. The address in our cover photo is the address you will use to send letters to your warriors. You can start right away! The mail the first few weeks is very slow and it might be a few weeks before your loved one receives a letter from you. It is incredible to see how a letter from home will boost moral...so send lots of letters! Please keep your phones on you at all times during these next few days. You will not want to miss a call from your warrior. As soon as all of our pictures have been uploaded and approved, we will post them in the album for FOX. We will post photos as often as we are invited to training events. There will be times when we will have more pictures than usual or there may be a week when we do not have many at all. Our volunteers LOVE to take pictures, so I can assure you that if we are permitted to be at an event, we will be there! If you have any questions at all, please message the page and ask for a FOX volunteer or comment on one of the posts made by a Fox volunteer. We are here to help and want your transition into the army family to be an exciting, encouraging experience. I look forward to getting to know you all. -Jenn
