*** FREEBIE TIME*** Dear fellow runners, I am going to start running 3-4 sessions of 40 min spin classes. The sessions will be held in Pacific Fitness Gym on Treforest Estate (that is behind Cinnamon Tree by your beloved Powerstation Hill). It will be high intensity, aiming to work your cardiovascular fitness as well as improving speed and strength in your legs. It will mostly be interval training, including sprints and climbs, but none of all those fancy choreographed hip hop moves such as press ups or squats. The price ... £0! and there is no catch either! You wont even have to pay the £5 for a single session that non-members usually pay. It is purely an introduction offer that I am going to run over a few weeks to complement your training. And as the days are getting colder and shorter, it will be nice as well to get a workout indoors. And the chance for you to check out the gym etc. So... A) would you be interested and if yes, would you come? and B) Wednesday evening around 6 or 7, or Saturday Morning after Parkrun some time, or Any lunch time, or Early morning around 6-7am Once again, it is FREE! and would complement your training and your running! (ps: just to clarify one point and as I dont know many of you and most of you probably dont know me as I rarely come to club due to work, I am a runner as well and I train mostly people with endurance goals as it is my area I specialize in. You and I have got the same goals, apart from times and distances of course, which means that I get to understand you better and without sounding to stereotypical, I am not another one of those fit looking PTs who dont run at all but try to bullsh*t you that they know whats best for you :) )
