A TRANSITIONAL CIVILIAN GOVERNMENT is IMMEDIATELY constituted, which is to be supervised by a NEW MILITARY COUNCIL made of 12members headed by Major Gen. Gidado Umar(NE:Borno State). The transitional government will be headed by Damilola Onibanjo (SW: Osun State) with Dr Festus Johnson(SS: Rivers) as the secretary with a representation from all the 36 states as members! Their terms of reference is ONLY to CONDUCT a GENERAL ELECTION within 18 months and manage other government businesses as stipulated ONLY by the MILITARY HIGH COMMAND! All political appointees should hand over to the highest civil service officer in similar office. Dust to Dawn 9pm-6am curfew MUST be respected in the 36 states and FCT at least for 2 weeks to enable the army mop up the system. All political organisations and boards of all government agencies/parastatals are dissolved! All the Air, Sea and Land boarders of Nigeria MUST remained SEALED for 1week and international travels suspended UNLESS with the permission of the Military High Command. The President and 36 governors, leadership of the National Assembly and Judiciary MUST report IMMEDIATELY within 72 hours OR declare themselves ENEMY of the STATE! We appeal to ALL NIGERIANS especially those at home to go about their businesses without fear OR favour.
