**FROM STREET STALL TO HIGH STREET IN 1 YEAR** Galways worst kept secret is now out ;) At the end of 2013 I posted that The Dough Bros would come back bigger and better in 2014. Fast forward 8 months and I dont think anyone of us could have dreamt that we would be where we are. When we started with the food truck last June it was our goal that we would work the Galway circuit, build up a reputation and in year 5 hopefully open a restaurant. None of us would have thought that on our one year anniversary we would be opening a restaurant in Galway City Centre. Most of you will already have seen it or heard, but for those that havent we opened a pop up pizza bar on Abbeygate street (next to Halo) 6 weeks ago. Why havent we told anyone you ask? We wanted to find our feet before blasting out to the nation that we were open. Crawl before you walk, walk before you run, run before you fly, all that lark! But the wheels are well in motion, the first 6 weeks have been great. Were here on a short term pop up basis. We have another 4 weeks left, so hopefully it continues to go well, we may even get to stay on. So here is a few pics of our new Pizza Bar, which we put together ourselves in about 8 days. Big thank you to everyone who helped make this happen and especially to all of our loyal customers. Its been purely word of mouth that we have relied on so far and luckily our unbelievable customers have been spreading the word.
