**************Farmhouse Breakfast Week************** The first Breakfast Recipe of the week is from our members Elm Grove Country House. They have kindly shared their Seaweed Scramble Dish. Ingredients: 3 x medium local free range eggs 1 x knob of welsh butter 5 fluid oz of welsh semi -skimmed milk 2 x tsp of laverbread Pinch of halen mon salt & balck pepper Sprig of parsley to garnish and a slice of thick, buttered bread (locally produced or homemade) Method: - Add butter and milk to non-stick sauce pan on a low heat until butter has melted - Add the eggs, laverbread and salt & pepper and whisk briskly until everything is well mixed - Leave on a low heat for a minute and then start to stir with a spoon - folding in from the side of the pan and making sure the egg is not sticking to the bottom of the pan. - Continue mixing and folding until the mixture becomes firmer. If you like well done scrambled continue stirring over the heat for a few minutes past this point or until you can see all of the moisture has gone from the scramble. - Serve on hot toast and add parsley to garnish.
