**Fatal Crash** Location: South Shore Boulevard / 50th Street South Time: 11/11/14 @ 4:07pm V1 was traveling southbound on South shore Boulevard. V2 was traveling northbound on South Shore Boulevard heading to Palm Beach Point with a load of fill dirt. The driver of V2 observed V1 swerve into his lane, he applied the brakes when the front of V1 violently impacted the front of V2. V2 pushed V1 north and west into a canal. D2 observed the driver of V1, he had his head resting on his left shoulder like he was holding a phone and looking down. The driver of V1 was pronounced deceased on the scene by Palm Beach Fire Rescue. The driver of V2 was not injured. V1 = 2013 Honda Pilot V2 = 1992 Ford Dump Truck
