“Favourites Off The Menu” Stuck for ideas on what to feed the family? Fancy something special? Celebrating an occasion? We asked some of our staff to tell us their favourites and here are a few: BBQ Pork ribs. A succulent 8 bone pork rib rack in a smooth tangy bbq sauce. Beef Bourguignon. Tender chunks of beef and ham with button mushrooms and pearl onions in red wine and port. Pork Loin with Apple & Mustard Sauce. Two pork loin steaks in a creamy white wine sauce with pieces of apple and wholegrain mustard. Lancashire Hotpot. Cooked shredded pieces of lamb in a rich stock with carrots and leeks, topped with a layer of sliced sauté potatoes.
