#FearWillSuffocateVision....#KillItNow!!!! I have sensed an Epidemic of Fear that is sweeping most churches. The Fear concerns the area #Transition. We cannot lead a Joshua Generation under a Moses Dispensation. #MOSES is #DEAD! Change must come, if we plan to #Excel & #Expand. The Lack of expansion causes #Spiritual #Suffocation. The Vision will ultimately kill itself. One of the greatest responsibilities of a leader is, knowing how to navigate people through phases of fear. #Change #generates a level of #fear in most members. Most of which is a fear of inadequacy, feeling unequipped, unworthy and unable to apprehend the greater dimensions & concept of vision. The leader should be able to convince their sons and daughters, that the church is not “our “church but “God’s “Church. Therefore, the burden of proof is left to God. We provide him access; He performs for work. Vision is ultimately seeing what God wants us to see. Our perception must go beyond the box; the church is too square. We must think Octagonal, He is so much God, that he reveals and proves himself in multifaceted ways. I Declare the fear of progression & inadequacy will not cause us to be stuck in a dispensation of lifelessness and unfruitfulness. The shall be expansion and noticeable progress. I Declare Apostolic Assertiveness over ever Son & Daughter, that will cause acceleration to local houses ministry outreach. In the Name of Jesus! ~PJB~
