*** Featured App *** (1.99–>FREE) Equate Formula Solver is a comprehensive app, filled with equations needed for math, physics, and chemistry. In this app, you can go by category, search for a specific equation, or look at all of them in the “Nerd Out” section. The app includes small snippets from Wikipedia to help students understand the meaning behind the equations as well. You can also add frequently used equations to a favorites sections. I like the way you can enter numbers directly into the app and calculate the equations to learn how they work and choose from two difficulty levels. This app would have come in very handy when I was in high school and college! I think it will be very helpful to high school and college kids as well, and possibly some more advanced middle school students. There are social media links under the info button, as well as a link to the App Store, which currently goes to this app. The app is not designed for young kids, though.
