#FeelGoodFriday Wildly popular #portrait painter Peter Mikulak has been confirmed as a performing artist at the 2015 Indian Wells Arts Festival. Peters story is one of reinvention, the pursuit of dreams and happiness, and of course, harnessing raw talent into a treasure-building craft. The world took notice of Peters art nearly five years ago when he began painting portraits of the iconic Marilyn Monroe statue, Forever Marilyn, then showcased in downtown Palm Springs, CA. What started out as an endeavor on a whim to sell a couple of portraits turned into over 700 Marilyn portraits sold, and later developed into full-scale commissions for art for swanky area hotels such as The Hyatt and for corporations including The NestEggg Financial Group. We are excited to have Peter at this years Indian Wells Arts Festival where hell be creating and painting portraits for patrons using his unique and original technique.
