Five years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. Since then everyday I must take pills to command my blood sugar. although I never quit taking pills and drop in my doctor termly, I realized my physique is one day worse than the next day. Last month, my son refered me to join a program which is to teach people how to do sports to keep younger and health. At first I was reluctant to do this for I believed it can’t work valid for me. But I didn’t hope to live up to my son’s nice intensions, so I adhere to doing the excise every morning. The consequence is fantastic. I look younger and more health then before.
